Pre-flight Playbook
Prior to our phone sessions together, you’ll dig into a custom pre-flight playbook where you’ll give me the low-down on your big idea. It will help you to get clear on who you are, what you’re offering and most importantly, WHY you want to offer it. It’ll also help you see where you’re struggling and could use a little help.
It’s inside these pages where you’ll set the stage for the work to come. And quite frankly, the pre-flight is magical.

Pre-flight Intensive
In this 3-hour discovery session we’ll dig into that luscious pre-flight playbook of yours and and you’ll dial me in on who you are and what your hopes and dreams our. It’s like the perfect 1st date between your brain and mine. We’ll come away with a clear idea of next steps and you’ll feel beautiful inspired and excited for the weeks to come!

Weekly Flight Sessions
After the pre-flight intensive in Week 1, we’ll jam for 50 minutes weekly, over the course of the next month. We’ll review how you did the week before and make a plan for the week ahead. And since it’s all about moving towards your goal of getting your idea off the ground . . . I’ll be holding you accountable each week. That might mean tackling some of those sticky obstacles that keep tripping you up. Or finding alternative ways of looking at a situation. It’s all about perspective. And I’m here to help you have some.
I’m also here to help you take action. To put new found lessons into practice. And to keep pushing your own edge. It’s fun. It’s delicious. And sometimes delirious. In the best possible way!

Solo Flight Plan
